Description

B-L072Z-LRWAN1 STM32 LoRaWAN Discovery Board is a development tool to learn and develop solutions based on LoRa and/or FSK/OOK technologies. This tool features an all-in-one open module solution (by Murata) to address low-power wide-area networks (LPWAN) and support the LoRaWAN long-range wireless protocol.

The B-L072Z-LRWAN1 comes with certified embedded software (I-CUBE-LRWAN) to set up a complete LoRaWAN node. The I-CUBE-LRWAN is LoRaWAN class A certified and sustains class C.

The Discovery board features Arduino connectors for a sensor extension board, an integrated debugger (ST-Link V3), USB 2.0 FS device USB port, battery pack slot (backside), SMA connector, and 50ohm antenna.

Because the module is open, an external MCU to run applications is not needed. The stack can be hosted on the STM32L0 internal flash memory.
